- IEEE 802.11ah is a standard for lower-power Wi-Fi connectivity for battery-powered devices.
- IEEE 802.15.4 is a standard for low data rate wireless personal area networks (LR-WPANs).
- IEEE 802.16 is a series of wireless broadband standards.
